Meeting called to order at 8:45 P.M.

The proposed rules were discussed. Upon revision, each rule was either voted in or deleted. The rules, as voted on, are listed at files.clearlakeskiclub.com; and also may be found through a link at clearlakeskiclub.com

The proposal made by Munson's Inboard Watersports was discussed. It was voted to allow Munson to rent the lake for two trial days this year for a fee of $500 each day provided they handle garbage removal and toilet facilities. Both days are to be during the week. Tentative days suggested by Munson and agreed upon by the club are Aug. 3^rd and either Aug. 15^th or 16^th.

The club finances were discussed. It was voted to impose dues of $50 per membership for this season.

Nick took an action item to determine a reasonable size of electric motor to allow on the lake.
